The property was extremely well equipped and in an idyllic quiet location with views across to the coast where there were the most beautiful sunsets. Julie And Geoff were extremely welcoming and helpful and I enjoyed walking around the lake.
Nothing it was a beautiful setting and I would be keen to try some of the other properties and stay here again.

This place exceeded our expectations. The views on the property were beautiful and the land (which we were allowed to wander around) was amazing. Waking up to sheep at your bedroom window was so lovely. Even though there was wildlife around it was still super quiet and clean (no farmyard smells). Geoff & Julie were absolutely lovely hosts, giving us a rundown of the amazing history of the building/land and lots of great food and sight-seeing recommendations. Though there are 5 other accommodation spots on the land it was super quiet and we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Geoff and Julie always felt there if we needed (and supplied fresh eggs for breakfast) but we were not disturbed at all throughout our trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with crockery etc and there was plenty of space in the living room, bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and comfy. The location was also great for what we wanted to see around North Wales! Would highly recommend a stay here and we would love to go back!
The pillows were a little bit lumpy and not the most comfortable, but would not deter us from staying again!
